As is typical of most people in today's busy world life moves too fast. It's a challenge to keep up and a bigger challenge to actively engage in an activity that is rewarding and fulfilling. Or at least that seems to be the case with me. Maybe everyone else manages better than I do. After considerable thought about my ongoing life juggling act, I came up with the following acronym, CEMENT.
