Storytelling in 101 Words: Book One

“Storytelling in 101 Words” is a compilation of flash fiction stories – flash fiction being defined as an extremely short narrative - with each tale having only 101 words. The stories consist of minimal details and rely on character and plot development accompanied with expressive imagery.

Flash fiction typically consists of a beginning, middle, and an unexpected plot twist for the ending – although some stories deviate from this format. The stories encompass multiple genre’s including science fiction, romance, humor, rebirth, tragedy, addiction, animal viewpoints, and even a sampling of stories based on the authors childhood and life in the rural South (USA).
